I wanted to return this tshirt because it is big and i made a return but it was not approved

I recently requested an exchange for my previous order, and someone from the shipping company contacted me to confirm my address. However, I was surprised to find out that the shipment was returned to your warehouse without my knowledge or approval.
Until now, I haven’t received my two exchanged T-shirts, and I’m very disappointed with the service. I’d really appreciate it if you could look into this issue and update me on the status of my exchange as soon as possible.
