Standard Delivery (All over Egypt): EGP 85 flat rate
Same Day / Next Day Delivery (Cairo & Giza only): EGP 125
Orders placed before 12 PM qualify for same-day delivery.
Orders placed after 12 PM will be delivered the next day.
You have the full right to cancel your order.
If you choose to refuse it, simply let the courier know when they call, and the order will be canceled on the spot.
Delivery Questions
Unfortunately, our shipping company does not allow packages to be opened before delivery is completed. However, you can exchange or return items here [Exchange/Return Form] After Receiving.(Shipping Fees Included).
If your order hasn’t arrived within 9 days of the expected delivery date:
✅ Check that your address and phone number are correct.
❌ Orders may get canceled if this info is incomplete.
If everything looks good, contact us at mavin.exchanges@gmail.com with your order number, and we’ll review the issue and arrange a replacement if needed.
For a faster solution, we recommend placing a new order in the meantime.
We're sorry if you received a faulty item! There's no need to return it to us at this stage. We will immediately send a replacement or an item of your choice after you confirm the following details:

Return & Exchange Questions
You can return any unwanted Mavinwear products within 7 days of receiving your order for a full refund, as long as items are unworn, unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.
🔍 All returns are inspected before processing.
❌ We cannot refund items that are damaged, worn, or returned without tags.
⚠️ Items on final sale (30% off or more) cannot be returned — only exchanged.

Returns and exchanges are processed within 5-10 business days after we receive the item.
Your refund will be processed promptly once the item reaches our warehouse, typically within 5-7 days.
Refunds are issued via bank transfer or mobile wallet only.
We do not support Instapay or card refunds.
Alternatively, you can choose to receive a store credit with an extra 15% bonus. Just mention this in the return form or email us at mavin.exchanges@gmail.com after submitting your return.
Once your return is picked up, we’ll process your refund or store credit accordingly.
There are two common reasons:
- If you didn’t upload the required pictures, please email them immediately to mavin.exchanges@gmail.com and we’ll review and accept your request right away.
- If the item was on final sale (30% off or more), it is eligible for exchange only, not a return.

For most of our products, we recommend:
- Wash with cold water
- Turn items inside out before washing
- Hang dry only — avoid using a dryer, as it may damage or shrink the items
- Do not iron directly on the print
❗ Washed items are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
Due to the high demand of our popular styles and sizes, they do tend to sell out quickly. While certain products are very exclusive and only released once, most of our items are restocked regularly.
To be notified when a product is restocked:
- Select the item and size that you want
- Click the 'NOTIFY WHEN BACK IN STOCK' tab
- Input your email
- As soon as the item is restocked online, you will receive an email message
Be sure to act fast once you are notified. We have long lists of people waiting to be notified on restocks, so there is no guarantee that you will be able to get the item that you are waiting on.
